I used to hang wet washing on a clothes horse, put an electric fan at one end and sit at the other end. On a hot day it will only keep you cool for about 30mins, but it is blissful for those 30mins!
Icy poles, iced tea and frozen towels. That sounds weird, but I just get towels soaking wet and then stick them in the freezer for a while. I am melting here as well!
Hi Amber Wow! Thanks for your tale about your door-bell, that is even more spooky than my story! I mean if it was diconnected how on earth did it ring? Seriously weird... thank you so much for telling me and visiting. Hope your week is a good one.
Come and play with me in the creek at the back of my place. I will be down there this arvo.

ReplyDeleteStrange to think of you boiling over there whilst I've just put another sweater on top of the other two I'm wearing! ;)
