The spring flowers certainly took center stage in Simrishamn this Easter. Daffodils, pansies, pussy willow and feathers featured everywhere from table tops, door steps, windows sills and churchyards.
The town was buzzing with visitors from all over, coming to buy art and admire the artists who opened their studios and galleries to share their work. So much inspiration and beauty to behold.
I feel very lucky to live in a such a beautiful town with so many talented people.

ReplyDeleteHi Amber, I saw that you posted a question to Maryam on how to get bigger pics on blog. Don't use the blogger uploader. Upload it to Flickr, copy and paste the URL provided by Flickr to your edit post, and voila! bigger photos. Contact me at fashion_jen@hotmail.com if you need further instructions. ciao, jen
ReplyDeleteHi Amber. I stumbled in here via google, searching "Simrishamn". I haven't been there for many years now but I spent every summer there as a child and to me, it's the most beautiful place. You're so lucky to live there! I saw you're australian - how does an australian end up there? Curious!
