Simrishamn today

The main street is quieter now,

but so beautiful when the snow falls.

The beach is almost forgotten at this time of the year,

but I love to ride down with hot chocolate in my basket

and have a picnic on the snow covered beach.

I adore the mix of fresh flowers from the local market,

paintings by local artists

and antique lamps.

In the evenings, it is wonderful walking

around the cobbled stone streets and
admiring all of the cosy windows.
